This is an audacious goal to make filling first responder open positions quicker, with better qualified candidates that pass backgrounds, physical examinations, etc faster so you have them as boots on the ground faster. Can it be done. We not only believe so, we know so.
Our Police education expert who has experience as a police commissioner, police officer, college professor and police academy director, oversees our curriculum program to ensure we are up to date on the newest requirements and best practices.
Our tech guru has been a part of numerous successful companies using his super power of taking the complex and making it easy to understand. The fact that he has also been trained by some of the world foremost communication experts is an added plus. (Yes a person who understand the tech you need but can still communicate with you like real people, we know, we were shocked when we found him as well, we didnt know that combination exists. either)
And we know we cannot do this without the first hand real experience. This is why we are founded by two actual first responders. They identified the problem and brought in the team that they needed to not just put a bandaid over the problem, but change the way recruitment is thought about and delivered to make it more efficient and effective delivering higher quality and prepared candidates.All while still focusing on world class customer service and support to the departments and their staff to make this easier to implement and more efficient to run.
