The Fire Prep & Leadership Academy (FPLA) is intended to successfully test
and prepare participants for entry-level positions in the Fire Service or identify
other career paths in our community that they will be well suited to serve. The
rigorous curriculum challenges individuals both mentally and physically, as
they pursue a career in the Fire Service.
